The Satisfaction of our Customers and Carriers is out top priority. We believe in building lasting relationships with our Customers and Carriers because at the end of the day, we want to help our Customers and Carriers succeed.
Our Cajun Logistics Team, based in Irmo SC, has over 25 years of hands-on experience in meeting transportation needs in the Southeast and Texas markets. Our Team comes from a Transportation Operation background which includes Load Planning, Dispatching, and Customer Service. Honestly, we are not salesmen. We are a dedicated group of transportation professionals that prefer a personal touch and treat out customer's freight as our own because we know our customers are relying on us to meet their needs.

We know that your time is extremely valuable so we ensure the job is done right the first time to help reduce unnecessary stress and improve efficiency through hard work and dedication. The Cajun Logistics team is committed to building lasting relationships with both our Customers and Carriers. This is based on honesty and mutual respect for one another in order to create an environment that is mutually beneficial to all.
Over the years, We have seen numerous Brokers/Carriers over commit to Customers then fail, or worse, prioritize a larger volume customer over a smaller customer, which is unacceptable. We founded Cajun Logistics on the fundamental principle of providing Exceptional Service to Customers regardless of the Customers size or shipping volumes.
Carriers:
We decided to build steady working relationships with owner operators that we have worked with in the past as well as starting new relationships from driver referrals to create our carrier/driver base. By shifting our focus to working with dedicated owner operators versus the industry standard of brokers "posting" a load, we build stability for the carriers as well as our customers.
